Join the Grocery Gang

Good Eats Grocery Gang is a simple, community-powered way for kids, families, and neighbors to help stock local food pantries — no money, no fundraising, just groceries and goodwill.

Anyone can do it. Kids included.

How it Works

1. Call a pantry
Ask what items they need most.

2. Pick a grocery store
Any local store.

3. Call or stop by
Ask the manager for permission to stand outside and collect items for the local pantry.

4. Show up
Bring 2–6 people, a sign, and a few bags or boxes.

5. Ask kindly
“Hi! We’re collecting groceries for our local food pantry.
If you’re able, would you like to add one extra item today?”

6. Deliver the food
Drop it off and celebrate.

That’s it.
